The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Handball Federation Limited (AHF) will be held Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 20:00 (AEST).
In accordance with the AHF Constitution Clause 10.3 (b):
- notices of Motions from Members are due the CEO (Sec-Gen) no later than 6:00pm (AEST) 1 April 2026
- nominations for Elected Director Positions, under Clause 14.5, are due 1 April 2026 by 6:00pm (AEST).
Elections will be conducted for (2) elected director positions falling vacant. Nominations are to be made on the AHF Nomination form and submitted along with 1 page CV to the CEO via email to sec-gen@handballaustralia.org.au
Nominators for elected directors can be Member States, Life Members, Directors or Board Committee Chairs under Clause 14.5 and reviewed by the Nominations Committee as per 14.4. Please ensure that any persons nominated for an elected director position, meet the requirements of eligibility under Clause 14.3, have the capacity to obtain an ASIC Directors number, a Working with Children Check in their State of residence and have completed or are prepared to complete the required Directors Education courses.
