This weekend, at Sydney Olympic Park, Handball Australia held its AGM in conjunction with a Planning meeting, where state delegates, the Executive Committee and general members met to review the year that was, elect new board members and plan for the years ahead.
Long-standing member of Handball Australia, Alex Gavrilovic (NSW) was elected as the new President of HA.
HA also welcomed to the board, former National Men’s team player and Queensland State representative, Todd Morschel to the board as Ordinary Director.
Results of elected positions are as follows:
- President: Alex Gavrilovic (NSW)
- Ordinary Director: Mark Dawson (QLD)
- Ordinary Director: Todd Morschel (QLD)
HA operates the following Sub-Committees – Events/Media & PR/Sponsorship, Beach Handball, Governance/Audit and Finance, Grassroots Development (with the States) and High Performance.
