Australian men on their way to Men’s World Championship qualifiers in Auckland

The Australian National Men’s team will travel to New Zealand to defend their Oceania region championship title, on ANZAC day weekend, and fight to gain a spot into the 2015 Handball World Championship being held in Qatar, in January 2015.

Since the Oceania region won its own spot at the Men’s World Championship, in 1999, Australia has been the only regional representative to take that spot.

The tournament will be coach Jan Ottosen’s first tournament in charge of the National Team, and HA wishes him the best.
