The Australian Beach Handball teams have arrived in Prague for final preparations

The men’s and women’s handball teams are preparing in the Czech Republic, ahead of the 2016 Prague Open Beach Handball International Tournament. The teams have swapped the Australian winter for sunny Prague and their first overseas training session of their tour today at Landronka Park. Competing in the Prague Open is part of the Teams’ preparation for the 2016 IHF World Beach Handball Championships following on in Budapest.

The Prague Open is being held between July 7-10. In the women’s event Australia is competing against Germany, Norway, Slovakia and Prague open vyber. The Men’s competition is between Australia, Germany, Norway and also Prague open vyber.

Following the event the teams will then head to Budapest in Hungary for the IHF World Championships between July 12-17.
